At the beginning of every New Year, people decide to quit smoking, lose weight or become a nicer person. My two top goals this year are to workout more and be more organized and I am determined to make that happen. For example, I have joined Orange Theory Fitness and am motivated to lose weight. I’ll be checking in on Instagram throughout the year.
